Article 1: The Club is an entity focused on teaching, practicing, and competing in the sport of Padel.
Article 2: The Club reserves the right of admission. Entry and/or stay in the Club's facilities are prohibited for any person who:
Article 3: Entry and/or stay on the Club's sports courts are prohibited for any person who violates any of the regulations in this internal regulation.
Article 4: Entry and/or stay in the Club's facilities are prohibited for any person who repeatedly violates any of the Club rules.
Article 5: The Padel Club's activities are as follows:
Article 6: Academic or teaching activities by external personnel not belonging to the Club are strictly prohibited on Club premises.
Article 7: If the clinic cannot take place due to weather conditions, the clinic fee will not be charged to the student. If it has to be suspended once started due to these reasons, the teacher, in agreement with the student, will try to reschedule it.
Article 8: Clinics start at the specified time. Non-attendance by a student to a booked clinic will not be refunded. Only if the student cannot attend at the scheduled time and notifies at least 24 hours in advance, the teacher will attempt to reschedule, provided there are available time slots and without obligation to do so. If unable to reschedule and the 24-hour notice is given, the clinic fee will not be charged to the student.
Article 9: The use of mobile phones or other distracting devices is prohibited inside the court.
Article 10: Proper attire is required inside the court. Wearing sports attire, including a shirt and sports shoes, is mandatory. Any clinic attendee not in appropriate attire may be expelled from the clinic without reimbursement.
Article 11: Respectful behavior towards the teacher and fellow students is required inside the court. The clinic’s purpose is to learn and have fun. In case of disrespectful behavior towards students or the teacher, the student may be expelled from the clinic without reimbursement. In case of repeated offenses, the student may be permanently expelled from the Club.
Article 12: To make the most of the clinics and to prevent injuries, students must always follow the teacher's physical activity recommendations. In case of explicit disobedience to the teacher, the student may be expelled from the clinic without reimbursement. In case of repeated disobedience, the student may be permanently expelled from the Club.
Article 13: The minimum rental is one court for an hour and a half.
Article 14: Court rental can be booked through the website www.padelclubaustin.com, and through the Padel Club Austin’s app, available for Android and IOS devices.
Article 15: Rental payment is made upon payment of the minimum fee or upon deduction of the rental fee from the user's credit via the Padel Club Austin app.
Article 16: Rental payment must be made before entering the court. Payment can be made in person or through the Padel Club Austin app.
Article 17: Reservation does not constitute a contract or a rental right. The Club reserves the right to unilaterally cancel a rental reservation, charging the user the amount paid for the rental through a credit via the app.
Article 18: In case of persistent rain or adverse weather conditions for Padel practice, the Club may cancel all activities at the facilities. This adverse situation must be decided by the Club's activities manager and must be followed by all users, who must leave the courts.
Article 19: Rental is for exclusively recreational use, following the current sports regulations of the USPA.
Article 20: Rental to federations, companies, or individuals for tournaments, events, or other activities must be previously agreed upon with the Club's Management.
Article 21: Teaching or educational activities, paid or unpaid, on Padel courts by third parties not belonging to or contracted by the Club are strictly prohibited. Engaging in any of these activities may result in expulsion from the Club without reimbursement of the rental fee.
Article 22: Subleasing any Club sports facilities is strictly prohibited. Engaging in any of these activities may result in expulsion from the Club without reimbursement of the rental fee.
Article 23: Engaging in any promotional or advertising activity on rented Club premises without prior agreement with the Club's Management is strictly prohibited. Engaging in any of these activities may result in expulsion from the Club without reimbursement of the rental fee.
Article 24: Recording professional images, sound, or video within Club premises without the express consent of the Club's Management is strictly prohibited. Engaging in any of these activities may result in expulsion from the Club without reimbursement of the rental fee.
Article 25: For safety and respect for other users, the use of mobile phones or other distracting devices is prohibited inside the court.
Article 26: Proper attire is required inside the court. Wearing sports attire, including a shirt and sports shoes, is mandatory.
Article 27: No more than 4 people can use the Padel court at the same time.
Article 28: No user may enter the courts without a Padel federation-approved padel racquet.
Article 29: Access to Padel courts with other types of equipment or instruments besides Padel racquets and balls is not allowed.
Article 30: Respectful and polite behavior is required inside the court. Incivility towards other users, students, or Club personnel will not be tolerated.
The customer guarantees that they are in good physical condition and are fit to participate in the services provided to them, ensuring that these services will not be detrimental to their health, safety, comfort, and physical condition. The customer may not engage in Club activities while incapacitated or taking any medication prescribed by their doctor without prior approval. The Club will not accept any responsibility arising from these situations.
It is the responsibility of pregnant women to consult their doctor about the activities and services offered by the Club that should not be used during pregnancy. The Club will not accept any responsibility arising from these situations.
